Cancellation/Refund Policy

 

Training fees are non-refundable due to intellectual property protection. Each training access is issued for only one person and is non-transferable. Skincare kits/products/device tips are non-refundable due to sterility issues with skincare products.

Training is only provided for free with the purchase of the Plaxel LUXE Edition device. Training stands alone at a value of $1195. The value of the textbook is $85. If 30% or more of the online training has been viewed once a refund on the Plaxel/Plaxel+/LUXEPlaxel™ device is requested, the training and/or textbook value will be deducted from eligible refunds.

No refunds are issued on the Plaxel/Plaxel+/LUXEPlaxel™ device once any safety seals have been broken/removed to ensure the safety of you and your clients. Furthermore, no refunds will be issued after 30 days of purchase in accordance with this refund policy. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. However, shipping fees and card processing fees will be deducted from eligible refunds and customer will be permanently deleted from the online training program. If any items are missing from returns or damaged, the retail value of those items will be deducted from the eligible refund. If the Plaxel kit is returned and determined to not be eligible for refund, the items will be send back and no refund will be issued. (Damage to the Plaxel pen that was not immediately reported upon delivery or a missing safety seal will make returns ineligible for a refund.)

Card Processing Fees: Shop Pay charges different fees based on their tiers. For regular Shop Pay transactions without the installment plan, the fees are 3.9% + .30 cents. However, if you select a long-term installment plan, the fees are 9.9% + .30 cents at the moment of purchase. These fees are taken immediately by the card processor, are non-refundable to us, and therefore non-refundable to customers. Shop Pay modifies these fees on occasion and this agreement will default to current Shop Pay fees.

We make our best effort to refund unopened items within the terms of this refund agreement.
