The company
The LUXEplaxel® is engineered by MEDSUN Korea and sold in the United States by Luxe Plasma, LLC, 3420 Basswood Blvd, Suite 100, Fort Worth, Texas 76137, telephone (469) 620-7188. Full details are on the contact information page. The device is sold to licensed professionals only, and every buyer accepts the LUXE Owner's Agreement at checkout.
PlasmaChanneling® (US Reg. No. 7,644,386) and LUXEplaxel® (US Reg. No. 8,415,184) are registered trademarks; True Plasma™ is a pending mark. Both registrations can be looked up on the USPTO's public search.
The device and the current price
The LUXEplaxel® is a professional plasma handpiece with six tips: PlasmaChanneling®, True Plasma™, Cold Plasma, Fine Line Eraser, Imperfection Removal and Hair Rejuvenation. It needs no gas because it ionizes the air itself. Two packages are sold on the product page:

What the device is for, and what it is not
PlasmaChanneling® is the modality Plaxel leads with: a non-ablative treatment with zero downtime, in which a dedicated tip leverages cold and warm plasma to create temporary superficial channels in the skin's barrier while infusing Korean PDRN and exosome serums, for an instant tightening effect that evolves with each session. True Plasma™ is the advanced ablative tier, in which the treated points form tiny dots that flake off over 5 to 10 days. Cold Plasma covers cold plasma facials and post-procedure care.
Plaxel does not market the LUXEplaxel® as a substitute for surgery, and any page that describes it that way is not ours. Plasma pens are for professional use only; scope of practice is set by your state or country, and non-ablative treatments such as PlasmaChanneling® and cold plasma are the modalities most often within an esthetician's scope. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the device is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

The providers
The certified provider directory lists 95 verified practitioners in six countries, 86 of them on the map, each with studio, city, phone, website and social links. Every listing has been verified by Plaxel. If a studio claims Plaxel certification and is not listed, ask to see the certificate or contact Plaxel. The training
Online training and PlasmaChanneling® certification are included with every device. The policies
- Warranty: one-year manufacturer warranty. Register on the warranty registration page and use the repair request form if anything needs attention.
- Refunds: device refunds are available within 30 days of purchase while the safety seals are intact; training fees, skincare kits and tips are non-refundable. The full terms are in the refund policy.

How Plaxel compares
Professional cold plasma pens run from about $5,000 to $13,000: the Jet Plasma D66 about $5,234, the Fusion Go $7,500, the Jet Plasma T33 about $9,200 and the Fusion 8 near $13,000, plus argon gas for the fusion platforms. All of them are cold plasma devices. The LUXEplaxel® is $4,897, includes cold plasma as one of six modalities, needs no gas, and is the only device in that list that offers a plasma lift with no downtime.
